Join Cub Scout Pack 007!
Why Join Pack 007?
Cub Scouting is where fun, family bonding, and character building come together. Pack 007 welcomes boys and girls from Kindergarten through 5th grade across Pineville, Fort Mill, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Here is a preview of what your Scout will experience with us:
- 🏕️ Outdoor Adventure: Two annual weekend campouts, hikes, bike rides, and more!
- 🏎️ Classic Scouting Traditions: The annual Pinewood Derby, raft races, STEM challenges, and campfire skits.
- 🤝 Community & Service: Local service projects like Scouting for Food, the Pineville Tree Lighting, and National Night Out with Pineville PD.
- 🎟️ Exclusive Outings: Group Scout Nights with Charlotte sports teams, hiking trips (like King’s Mountain), and bike rides.

Registration & Dues Breakdown
We believe in complete transparency so families know exactly what to expect. Scouting is an incredible value compared to most youth sports and extracurriculars.
- Out-of-Pocket Family Dues: $300 per child / year
- Other costs:
- Scout Uniform: Runs around $150. We have a closet of gently used uniforms and other resources for those who are unable to buy a new one. Please ask! We also have pack t shirts and polos that carry a small cost.
- Trip costs: Overnight Trips and larger activities usually include a small fee. Normal meetings and most community activities do not carry a cost.
💡 Volunteer Discounts Available: We thrive on parent involvement! Parents who step up as Den Leaders or Committee Members earn reduced annual dues and fees for their Scouts.
Where your dues go:
- National BSA Dues: Covers national program access, youth safety oversight, and background checks.
- Mecklenburg County Council Dues: Supports local Scout camps, facility maintenance, and regional youth events.
- Pack Dues: Covers rank advancement badges, adventure loops, Pinewood Derby car kits, neckerchiefs, slides, and pack event supplies.
